Hello, fellow Fit-Arts community! I'm training online since I don't live in CA. Does anyone have any tips for how best to be successful and see results using the videos? IE, 1 workout per day for at least X days per week, how to rotate them, or just blow through all of them over and over again? Also, if you are doing the body type workouts should you NOT do the workouts for the body types that aren't yours? Would love to hear how others are using these workouts and what kind of results you're seeing!
