This video series is unique from the other workouts. Here the goal and focus is to move very slow. The super slow technique will allow the focus needed to increase muscle activation and engagement. The Fit Arts Focus kicks workouts have multiple benefits such as:
Flexibility, Toning, Leaning, Elongating, Strength, Balance, Coordination, and Control. You can look forward to a burn in the hips, abs, thighs, lower back, and more.
